Patrick Beals is taking advantage of people all over the Sacramento area. He uses craigslist and thumbtack to respond to people asking for help. He lies about his qualifications and is unable to complete jobs properly. He is friendly and promises things will be done a certain way then quickly finishes the job improperly, asks for too much money up front then even asks for tips when he is finished. If you choose to use him, have everything in writing and do not pay until the job is complete. Be sure to check everything. he installed sprinklers for me and said I could not check them because the stain on the concrete needed to cure. when I turned them on, they did not cover many parts of the lawn, sprinklers were popping up underneath sod, and the concrete stain was sloppy and needs to be redone. This was only 2 examples of so many other things done incorrectly. if you had issues with his work, please send a quick complatint on the California State Licensing Board. What he is doing is illegal and he is being allowed to get away with it. I can honestly say he is one of the worst human beings I have ever met. He has no conscience.

You are all correct that Patrick is a con man and a crook. You may not know that he is on Probation for these offenses and currently has two warrants for his arrest. Contact the Sacramento County District Attorney if you know where he lives or can be found. I will help if there's a way to exchange contact information.
