Paul Blanco Reno Heartless and False Advertisement Reno Nevada
I also went to Paul Blanco to get a vehicle. Their commercials say, little or no down, repos no problem, no embarrassing credit check and if a down payment is needed it can be extended. NONE of that is true. I went in and the first thing they did was check my credit. I told them upfront my credit as not great but as their commercial had someone they helped with a credit score below 500 I went. Very loudly when she came back to me, she announced, "you were right, your credit is bad"..........when I mentioned the extended down, she looked at me as if I had two heads and the same when I mentioned checking my credit. I then told them that I did have a vehicle that was not paid off and I wa two months behind but wanted to trade it in. They didn't want it. When she took to the finance manager, he didn't come talk to me, but I heard him from across the room and a very loud voice say to her " NO one is going to touch her with that"....................what happened to no embarrassment? And as for extended down? Forget it! I was needing to give them $3000 down but since they wouldn't touch me, that was a moot point too. They may have 200+ lenders ready to want to help you but first you have to get past the Loan Manager to even find a lendor.
I then had a friend who also went. Her credit is not so bad but she does have a repo. Well, the repo counts against her, and again $3000 down. This seems to be their magic number. Yet if you watch their commercials, you think they are golden. However, none of what is mentioned in commerical is applied here. It is almost as if they are talking about another dealership altogether. I submitted report to BBB but Paul Blanco did not reply the case was closed.
They are a terrible place to go. They make you feel small and insignificant. When I mention their commericals and what all it says, I am again looked as if I am making it up. This place truly does suck and the owner Paul Blanco, if there is such a person, needs to re evaluate his workers and maybe even make it mandatory that they watch the commericals or stop advertising things that are not true. Be wary if you go here. I have been there twice and both times with a different pitch from the commerical and both times to be shutdown having nothing in the commericals apply. I never saw them give one person a car but saw them turn many down immediately.............
