Where do i start Paul blanco sucks greatly.  First off i purchased a car a yr ago before buying another from paul blanco.  This second time around has been nothing but a head ache.  i got a 2005 ford focus with 78000 miles.  little did i know it was going to give me hell.  1) insurance adjuster put the wrong car on the wrong insurance policy so i paid him for nothing 2) HO2 sensors twice in to different service times excluding the time before i purchased the car had went out 3) Overdrive sensor had to be replaced and serviced 4) transmission fail finally replaced after a month of complaining 5) alternator went bad on the freeway and on business roads 3 times i almost got into a wreck each time 6) there is some kind of leak or crack around the manifold 7) weird sounding ticking noise after they replaced transmission.  8) the airbag sensors keep going on and off which is a safety issue. 9) and its against the law to sell a vehicle with out telling the customer what the vehicle has went threw and its been threw 14 prior incidents.   while all this happened they gave us a loaner car with no air conditioning in hot weather. 

the "meat head" general manager said we bought the car as is and its not their fault.  did not get any apologize or any sympathy and sat there while he was being unprofessional yelling at us and not providing good customer service .  All while paul blancos wife sat there letting him talk to us the way he did which was very rude and he tried to be down grading.  all i wanted was a different vehicle because i feel cheated and very unsafe in that vehicle.  He told us no because the ford was being "fixed" and they did not have to fix it.  even if i do get that vehicle back i cant because they want the rest of the down payment that i refuse to give to them until i fell safe in the vehicle and it is against the law for them to obtain a vehicle which is not theirs because it belongs to the loan company.  I understand my rights and i will exercise them and im not one of the customers that will let this slide by.  oh did i mention dealing with this stupid car i had to drop my classes,  missed work,  almost got in a wreck 4 times, made my roommate and my mom miss work and on my moms birthday and had to pay for the tow fee to get the vehicle towed there and walk back to my home which is totally in a different area. and now i have to pay for a rental car to get to work.  But they expect what from me..... i deserve to be compensated
