Paul Bourgeois Chem Trails Ripoff - He sells "water testing kits" for $49 and doesn't tell the purchasers that actual testing costs over $200. Testing labs actually usually provide testing jars for free so the guy is selling usually free kits for $49 +postage etc and not providing any testing. ie, it's a scam to sell free jars to suckers for a high price Internet
