I found this motor cylcle avertised on "KIJIJI" It was listed as 2007 Suzuki GSX-R 1000. Priced to sell for $3200.00. I contacted the seller , listed as "Brenda M. Scott, 2373 broadway, #1233, New York, NY 10024. Email for this contact was [email protected]. I asked why were you selling this motor cycle. Acting as a female, the responce was, I acquired this motor cylcle through a divorce settlement. I've relocated to Houston and the motor cyle is already packaged to be shipped. After I told the seller, that I wanted to purchase the motorcycle she informed me that ebay would send me the information. I received the information from what I thought was ebay ebaymotors and all the information that I needed. I was to send the payment to an ebay agent Paul Duffy and he was going to hold the money for the bike. After I saw the bike i was to agree to the purchase and the funds would be secured to the seller.

I did all that was required of me and confirmed the payment and all the shipping information. I informed the seller and requested the motorcycle to be shipped to me.I was given the contact of eBay motors which emailed me instructions to send a Money Gram to for holding. Upon receipt of the money gram, I was given a tracking number for shipment of the motor cycle. Which I've never received. I was scammed!

I tried to contact ebay motors and get some information from them but by the time I got their response the seller had already received my money. I soon found out that the motorcycle was not being handled by ebaymotors and that it was a fake.

I immediately became frustrated and mad at myself for letting this happen. I was so caught up in finally getting something nice for myself that I didn't check everything and believed that the sale was legit. I couldn't believe that this was happening to me.
