paul martin is a pure certified sociopath... a liar and con man in true form. name dropping to justify his means. we encourage victims to contact the los angeles fbi office @ (310) 477-6565. you can also e-mail them information @ www.fbi.gov  do not be fooled by this mans rhetoric and motives of operation. his words are meaningless and blank with no oxygen to breathe. rhetoric over and over. a man that must be stopped and brought to justice. everything he says, his manipulation, name dropping, bragging and bs verbage needs to be ignored. we will not stop until paul martin is exposed an accountable for his actions. he cant talk his way out of this one. his characteristics as a person and true nature are very transparent... a scared man trying to justify his fraud but yet still pitch his "join now" "digsound community" sham.  

No companies are under anyone's name but my own. I don't hide and make myself very accessible to anyone who wants to contact me regarding DigSound. This person hides because what they are publishing is actionable and they know if they come out with their name and contact info they will be sued for defamation of character. So I respectfully ask you reveal yourself let's take it to the proper authorities. Stop hiding, I'm here ready and available to defend DigSound and the business model. The truth is this person is clueless to taking risks and knows nothing about the truth nor the people behind the company supporting our marketing efforts. My clients have read this and laughed at this person. They know he is ignorant and a weak pathetic individual with nothing but drama in his life. His empty allegations and pathetic existence mean nothing to us. I'll pray for this man as he obviously lacks the substance a real man has. Hiding behind these websites. in response to paul martins claim, of "living the modest lifestyle" and where he lives etc. etc. of course he is gonna live modest, for the sole purpose to stay off the radar. plain and simple, so people dont catch onto his scam. the fact a con man would actually write that in a response just confirms his stupidity and sociopath ways. mr. martin funnels money, keeps large cash on hand, and spends money like water on escorts, traveling etc. etc. of course none of this has anything to do with digsound. and the fact the idiot admits he puts the company under his "parents" name just even more confirms the lack of prodessionalism and business knowledge that this is a cash cow front business. the moron has no books, official office or anything. he hangs out doing nothing and goes to social enviorments to find victims to pitch his scam hoping to obtain money for himself... his responses are pathetic and generic, to say the least... he knows and we all know his days are numbered before he gets caught and charged... i do know he is being looked into.

I wanted to respond to this person since they are unwilling to contact me as I'm easy to find. I have investors and they include myself my parents, family and friends not to mention my clients and vendors who have helped move this vision of licensing music closer and closer to a reality.( all of them are on my website) If this person thinks for one minute that I haven't sacrificed my livelihood nor invested my life savings and asked close friends to do the same then he obviously doesn't known the first thing about taking risks, being an entrepreneur nor being successful. Sure there have been overnight successes but take a look how long it took twitter to become successful. I read this and know exactly who this is and they have no passion. Legally if I could have bought his stock back I wouod because he is the smallest investor in the group. The guy who actually has the money to invest understands the sacrifices and risks involved in disinter mediating an industry. Now I do have a rent controlled apartment in Venice Beach and I do travel frequently to NYC where I stay with a friend. But I pay less than anyone pays for one apt. I have clients and vendors in both LA and NY who support the efforts of DigSound. I also recently went to Puerto Rico where I stayed right on the beach and met with Grammy Award winning Producer Echo who is currently negotiating a deal with DigSound to promote RubyDS our web based music delivery watermarking system. We are launching it in first quarter 2012. Lavish lifestyle? No... hundreds of thousands of dollars? No...maybe of debt lol but I believe in the people of this company and I'm sorry a guy who put 2k in it can't see it the way a guy who put 100k in. It's hard mutha f*ck*n work.
