PAUL NIELSEN of P.G.E. of Vacaville, CA, not San Luis Obispo where he scammed a family's home with his wife, Shannon Nielsen rigged by Robert G. Nielsen of Rio Linda, CA are sad ponzi real estate group, not to mention excellent at defrauding tax paid agencies, public schools, private parties, "friends," and have absolutely no remorse about their real estate crimes with a list of ongoing crimes against others who do not know what they are doing while they create false reports and false conditions to obtain a benefit. The Nielsens have managed to use properties of others presenting themselves as "helping" manage the person's property the person never requested with no written contract or if there is one, it is one they have written using the person who is their prey for their own personal gain. THEY DO NOT HAVE LICENSES TO RENT, SELL, NOR MANAGE ANY PROPERTY for any person.
Robert G. Nielsen has defrauded school districts for years, and other agecies with his family using employees in the distrricts to befriend for later personal benefits they think nobody is observing. Their tactics are group oriented including eachother in their crimes and others who are not aware of what they are doing. They rent to people who usually have no family like Mel, an elderly disabled man in a shack behind Nielsen's former spouse's family's property he scammed in their divorce in Rio Linda, CA for years in 104 degrees with no proper plumbing. THESE PEOPLE ARE DARK, SICK AND HAVE NO SHAME. DO NOT RENT, NOR HAVE ANY DEALINGS OF ANY SORT WITH THEM. THEY ARE DANGEROUS to people who do not know this saddistic psyche. They will go to any length to harm others making it appear as though they have the right to abuse any party who they view as "stupid." Nielsen is a violent alcholic who also defrauds courts providing intentionally false information. DO NOT SIGN AGREEMENTS WITH THESE PEOPLE, HIRE THEM UNDER ANY CONTRACT, AND hire attorneys for any dealings you may have the mistake of having.
