Complaint Review: PAUL WARRICK FROGGE JR - Rick Frogge - MEDIAENT - COLLECTORS WORLD - NASHVILLE Tennessee

On Nov 2, 2006 I (PAUL FROGGE) Posted a report about DJUAN EDGERTON and his DEFUNCT Ebay stores and accts -JAZZY AUCTIONS & SOLD STORES of Nashville. Mr Edgerton had lied to myself and another employee over payments, wages, equipment and illegal actions taking place within his business. Djuan Edgerton then filed THIS report as nothing but pure revenge to hurt me for daring to turn him in.(First problem of RIPOFFREPORT- anyone can say anything about anyone)

    In reasearching DJUAN EDGERTON we found he had warrants for back payment of child support in New Orleans, 5 CLOSED Companies (Closed by the Government of New Orleans) and several closed ebay accts - SSONLINEAUCTIONS & JAZZYAUCTIONS . and a closed Paypal account for non delivery of product, which was the same reason his ebay accts were closed time and time again.

   So many things have been said here about DJUAN EDGERTON and his lies have been shown for what they are and proof given over and over by other employees and customers and a metro (Nashville)police detective.

   Mr Edgerton made up lies that got him in trouble with a metro police detective ., cost him law suits with customers and cost him his store and what little reputation he had left. Finally in July 2009 DJUAN EDGERTON Called me (Paul Frogge) stating he wanted to pay me and apologize for what he had done . He asked for my forgiveness (which I gave) and he posted what he called a RECONCILIATION & SETTLEMENT...Well folks read what he writes...he contradicts his very FIRST statements. I quit over non payment of wages...he never fired me....I offered to sell him a mailing list...yes I did, with the company's permission as the owners were divorcing and had sold the company...I had bad things to say about a Company Called Collector's World...amazng as I was one of the owners...why would I say bad things about my own company. DJUAN EDGERTON skirts the truth yet again to make his last statement look like he was a victim of bad information...BUT None of this had anything to do with he never paid my wages AND he was investigated by both US DEPT OF LABOR & TN WAGE & HOUR and lost..he also skirts the court issus...well folks research Nashville (Davidson County Tn)Courts and you will find several customers sued him and there were police reports made and an investigation which forced him to make good the non payment to customers.

   DJUAN EDGERTON agreed in writing to finally pay what he owed and make good on the sttlement. He also asked me to write a follow up that everything was great between us, I refused to do so until I was paid in FULL. DJUAN EDGERTON was 1 month late with his first payment, breaking his word (which by now is nothing but new lies)  didnt make another payment until 2 months later and has now played another disappearing game refusing to respond and everything I state here can be proven with emails, court records, police reports and payment envelopes. Djuan EDGERTON ONLY paid $200 of the close to $1200 he owes me and he has gone back to his lies.

  So back to court I go as I now have his new address and a slander suit is being added to his ever growing legal problems.... and DJUAN EDGERTON I'm sure will have a new set of lies to tell...all to hurt those he takes revenge on and then uses his so called MBA (no one knows where he got it from considering he tells everyone he went to school in Calif , yet police say he went to school in Nashville) and he uses church and God to make himself look good.. I guess he got stuck on JUDAS when he read the Bible, because DJUN EDGERTON"S version of truth comes with silver coins.

I have reached a financial settlement arrangement with Mr. Frogge, which is long overdue. Many negative statements made on this site by myself were as a result, mainly, of third-party hearsay. Our store struggled financially to get off the ground and eventually a sale of the business was forced to pay employees and other outstanding debts. I have felt little need to defend myself on this site for one reason - My real friends don't care & my enemies wouldn't believe it anyway! I respect Mr Frogge as an astute businessman and I decided to contact him to resolve this dispute amicably. The Bible says we should forgive a man "70x70". Basically, there is no limit to the forgiveness we should bestow on our fellow man. I forgive Mr. Frogge and ask his forgiveness as well. Going forward, I take this as a learning experience and pray that I am a better steward of any other business that I may operate in the future. Lets be clear: I retract any and all statements that I have made in regards to Mr Frogge that are untrue and may be construed as personal attacks. Mr. Frogge asked, as a part of our settlement, that I make this statement. In turn, I asked Mr. Frogge to write a retraction as well. For the record, Jazzy Auctions & Sold Stores was sold and is now defunct. All customers, employees and outstanding legal disputes have been resolved to the best of my knowledge. I have confirmed with the Metropolitan Police Department and the Davidson County Sheriff Civil Division that there is no pending legal action pertaining to this business. Even with a an MBA from one of the finest business schools in the country, I made a great mistake in entering into a business that I knew little about during a very grievous time in my life. This would have definitely been against any business principles that I was taught. I have been humbled by this experience and look forward to putting this chapter of my life behind me. I originally filed a report about DJUAN EDGERTON - Ebay Id -ssonlineauctions...and showed the man for what he is a liar and a thief.He never paid me, is wanted by two areas for fraud and non payment of Child Support. 1 week later DJUAN EDGERTON posted THIS as retirbution...His lies state I had bad things to say about Collector's World and Auction cafe....interesting as I was one of the owners of Collector's World and I married the owner of The Auction Cafe.The statements I made can be found online in court records.The lies Djuan Edgerton made about me (Rick Frogge) cant be backed up with anything.BUT this board allows anyone to say anything about anyone...and now a MIKE in Lebanon...???The only mike we knew about that far away was a man caught stealing an autographed book...so play that game elsewhere. The manager of the location made her statements as well as a couple of customers and they can be reached to verify.....yet lies are what some people live for.....at the end this is NOTHING but payback on me for what I brought to light about Djuan Edgerton...a liar and a conman..Signed Rick Frogge

I hope everyone reads the 3 posts defending Rick Frogge.. These lies from Djuan/chris Edgerton were just another way he could hurt honest people.Mr Edgerton's store has packed up and moved to another state and according to Nashville Police Mr Edgerton has several complaints against him for not paying people like my family for what he sold on ebay and come to find out he didnt pay employees and owes money to the state for not paying ANY sales tax. I read what the former manager wrote and We agree that Mr Frogge just tried to warn us all and after he did Djuan / chris Edgerton decided to lie to ruin Rick Frogge's good name. I contracted Sold Stores of nashville to sell several items for me on ebay.I met with the young black man that called himself JC Edgerton (I found out later hsi real name is DJUAN and he also goes by Chris). Mr edgerton sold all my clothes and several other electronic items but has never to this day paid me.I went there several times only to hear a bunch of stories from a young girl or to find the location closed during reg hours.I sent certified latter only to have them returned. I saw this message about Rick Frogge and for one know it to be a lie.Mr Frogge emailed me back and gave me the information I needed to file with the police dept. He has tried to help me get my money and I udnerstand he also has been a victim of Mr Edgerton and his crooked ways.I also met the woman who was the "manager" and she left there in tears as she told me no one to her knowledge was EVER paid by Mr Edgerton. When I spoke with nashville police they stated several complaints have been filed against Sp;d Stores and Mr Edgerton.they als said they had information he had fled back to the Louisianna area. I dont think this is at all fair that Mr frogge complains about these people and they are allowed to lie and make up stories just so they can create confusion about their criminal acts. But I guess that what criminals do make veryone else look guilty while they rob you blind and pretend to be innocent. I worked for Djuan edgerton / Sold Stores of Nashville for about 2 months.I started the same day Rick(paul) Frogge started. Mr Frogge came in to help us get the ebay store started and was a great help.Djuan Edgerton who also goes by Chris and JC owned the stores but never did anything he promised.Rick Frogge waited 2 weeks to get paid and after Djuan lied to him over and over he quit. Djuan never fired Rick Frogge. also this issue about cards is another lie.Djuan was never at the store and tol us if someone came in with good stuff to go ahead and buy it.Sometimes Rick and I (I was technically the manager)would pay out of our pockets and then have to badger Mr edgerton to get our money back. A man walked in with some cards worth about $200(as I remember) he told us he would take $40. I was already owed money and my husband had told me no more. Rick paid for them . Mr Frogge informed Djuan Edgerton by phone he needed to be repaid and Djaun did what we called the JC shuffle of "I will pay you on payday". Mr Frogge said fine I will keep the cards until you pay me back. and of course Djuan never did Mr Frogge quit over so many lies we were told.We couldnt get a paypal account set up because Djuan edgerton had previous accounts canceled.He set the store account on ebay under a fake name and Ebay shut us down in Decemeber when they found out Mr Edgerton was the owner. the account was SSONLINEAUCTIONS. I quit aright at that time.I had 2 pay checks that had bounced and I didnt get repaid until the next month.the police had come by the store looking for Mr Edgerton several times because people were complaining they had not been paid for what they had left with Mr Edgerton to be sold.people from the government were calling all the time over Mr edgerton not paying Mr Frogge his wages, and several times drugs were in the store when Mr edgerton was present Djuan closed his stores soon after and a pawn shop moved in.I have had more bad times over this issue than anything in my life.Mr Edgerton turned out to be a liar and probably worse.Rick (Paul) Frogge's reputation gets hurt because he turned Djuan Edgerton in.Thats not right .

On Nov2 ,2006 Paul Frogge (Rick) Filed a report against mr Djuan Edgerton and his Defunct company -SOLD STORES - Nashville TN.Mr Edgerton had refused to pay Mr Frogge and another employee was paid with bouncing checks.Bothe left the company.Mr Frogge filed with The Dept of labor (State and Federal) and was later informed by customers Mr Edgerton had NEVER paid for items He (Edgerton) sold on Ebay..This was followed by a Metro Nashville Police investigation against Mr Edgerton and his company SOLD STORES It was ,discovered that Mr Edgerton had several Companies/Business's CLOSED by the state of Louisianna LONG before Katrina (Edgerton tells everyone Katrina moved him out of LA) for failure to pay taxes to fraud...all information is available on State of La's website...It also shows Mr Edgerton is and has been delinquent in back child support..also on La Website...Mr dgerton closed Sold Stores and location was taken over by a Pawn shop. Mr Edgerton also was THROWN OFF ebay for Shill Bidding and Paypal canceled his acct due to refusal to ship product and refund monies...again FRAUD(All verified on Ebay). When Mr Frogge filed the complaint on here someone named CHRIS (wjo never worked there) filed a fake report to harm Mr Frogge's reputation.These ridiculous accounts by edgerton and his FAKE partner Chris were a simple form of PAYBACK.Mr Frogge works for several National charities and has NEVER had a negative account under any circumstance filed against him.please feel free to contact atty Todd Faulkner- Nashville for History and suits filed against edgerton and lies (and admittance of failure to pay)made even to his (faulkners ) office with guarantees of payment.No payment ever arrived just Edgerton skipped town ahead of the law Beware any dealings Djuan (JC) Edgerton black male 5'8-200lbs glasses with a woman traveling with him and small child.Please contact Nashville and New Orleans Police dept's if found.thank you for your time

This information about Rick/Paul frogge is funny. This report comes as nothing but retaliation against Mr Frogge for reporting CHRIS for non payment of wages to the federal Gvt, turning him into New Orlens Authorities as he owes back child support and making a report here on this site stating facts not the fiction Mr Edgerton writes again (under his middle name of CHRIS) . Simply look at his Ebay acct - SSONLINEAUCTIONS (Was Sold Stores) to determine the truth...also look at his other acct JAZZYNASHVILLE -THE CLOSED ACCT- CLOSED BY EBAY- ALS NOTE HE CANT ACCEPT PAYPAL ANYMORE- WHY..?Paypal shut Mr Edgerton down as ebay has done before for Djaun/Chris's practices... Yes cards were bought in the store as all merchandise was handled at that time.The employees were told to purchase the items and Mr edgerton would then reimburse them....And as always reimbursement never came...always Mr Edgerton would say "I'll pay you on payday"...the employee Mr Frogge will gladly accept full payment for the merchandise plus interest with the pay check he's never been paid.Simply put This is a lie by Mr edgerton to make himself look good as all his lies over the years have been. The company bounced checks to employees and never paid another. His information about Mr Frogge is incorrect, his name of the owner of Auction Cafe's is incorrect.... just smoke screens to cover his many lies.. Please look at the State Of Louisianna's State treasury to see how many corporations ALL ended by the state and the fact that he still as of today owes $2600 for BACK child support. Also note he always uses quaint terms and eloquent stories to make himself look the angel, most crooks do quite well at that...and the proof is right there for all to see. He cant exlain why he hasnt ever paid Mr Frogge 1 cent of the monies he owes..he makes up lies about a fictional attorney making an offer...but still no money... and right now there are customers filing because they have never been paid for the merchandise brought in on consignment at his store (whatever name it is today since he has never put up a sign). He has refused to return the phone calls of The US GVT-Wage and Hour and suit has now been filed against him. He did however state in several conversations to Atty-xxx office in Nashville Tn that he knew he owed Mr Frogge , agreed to an amount and stated on several occassions he was mailing the check... with Him the check is ALWAYS in the mail. (ask the mother that filed suit against him in Louisianna for back child support)Not 1 single employee that started with that company 3 months ago works there...The manager left over bounced checks and no checks ...that doesnt keep employees. Mr Frogge left and resigned after being constantly lied to about product, money , computers and paychecks.The manager left several weeks later with bounced pay checks Now a new person named "chris" oi answering this email with the best lies any person can state. So here's the challenge to these people... why hasnt Mr Frogge been paid...your note in the report against you even states this... why did you represent yourself as an LLC when no such LLC exists in any name you have used.... as to allegations that Mr Frogge attempted to sell you a warehouse,...absolutely the truth...under the direction of The Auction Cafe(TN) he was brokering it for them to you...only to hear all these stories about money from him ...Monies Mr he doesnt have...and private company info..?Sounds good except the only thing you were offered was part of the brokering deal which Mr Deadbeat never had so be carefull in your many lies that cant be proved.......also folks simply look at him (Chris or Djaun whatever name he uses today)ebay feedback... contact the people who in just 2 months have left him numerous neutrals and negatives.....ask the people from his old acct that never got paid and never received what they paid for... ask them about money that was supposed top be sent them and wasnt, items never shipped... also notice they do NOT accept Paypal...why..? Paypal shut them down for "numerous prior instances that were never resolved"..... he bragged about how he and his roommate in college did illegal shill bidding and ebay shut them down... I doubt this new venture is far behind... simply put he has a history with the state of Louisianna of not paying his bills and failed companys... a history of lies and deceipt to cover his tracks like now.... deal with him and you can be next...or of course he will post your name with lies like he has done to Mr Frogge.. he seems to be a seed from the bad apple tree..a good lieing bad apple tree.
