Complaint Review: Paula's Wig Boutique - Orange Connecticut

I have been a client of Paula's for 4 years. in that time she has gone to every extent possible to ensure that i look my best and am satisfied with the product and services.

In a conflict with a business, it is never correct procedure to stop payment on a product you have left the property with, you return and address the problem as an adult consumer.

would you eat a meal, and if you get indigestion, stop payment on you charge card payment/ of course not.  how is this different?

I would reccommend this business to anyone, and I am a shopper who has used other hair replacement companies. Her prices are competitive with the industry.

I have been going to Paula's Wig Boutique of about 8 years after utilizing the services of another similar establishment in Weston, CT for a number of years. I have never had a bad experience at Paula's--in fact, I find her establishment to be professional, courteous, warm, and friendly. I have purchased several "hairpieces" over the years. Prices are in line with the establisment I previously utilized. Paula has demonstrated a personal and caring way with myself and all who have entered the premises while I've been there. She has a wide variety of publications to read while waiting, provides coffee or hot chocolate and one never feels "rushed". Of all of the hairpieces I've purchased, Paula has matched my hair perfectly, cut it to my directions, and I have left pleased. If I later decided the hairpiece needed additional trimming or thinning, Paula has always accommodated me at no charge and has complied with a very gracious attitude. Her establishment is neat and clean and every room is WELL-LIT! I really don't understand the complaint filed against her. Is this "Alice" talking about the same Paula?? I think after 8 years, I'd know her and this is not the Paula I know at all. I'd recommend her highly to anyone--including men. I'm a man and I get no sense that Pauls hates men. I have been a professional entertainer for about 3 decades. I have been involved in the theatre, I have made television appearances, personal appearances, I have performed in concert in intimate situations and in front of thousands. Part of my job as an entertainer is to look good. Paula Wood's expertise and knowledge of hair replacement and hair replacement products help me to look my very best! Without her I don't think I would be as succesful as I am as an Actor/Musician. I also consider her a good friend. As a man I have never sensed that she "hates men". Where'd you get that idea "Alice"? (if that's your real name). I know of no "dimly lit back room" in fact, her whole store is very well lit. It has always been my experience in the last 20 years to have Paula cut a new hair replacement I ordered while it was on my head. I have also had her cut & dye my hair pieces to my specs without any problems. Paula goes out of her way to make sure that I am happy with my purcahse and I am always happy 100% of the time.
