Ppawws has been in existance since January 2011. NC solicitation application expired in May 2011 (extension expired in June 2011).

They have been accepting donations but are not able to provide IRS tax exempt number as they do no have one.

Individuals have donated dogs worth thousands of dollars and their receipts are worthless. One donor is a veteranarian stationed in Afghanistan and cannot use receipt for donation of three puppies for tax purposes.

Not all dogs have been used or placed as service dogs.  One is being kept for breeding purposes even against the donor's (breeder's) wishes.

Funds acquired as donations are not being used to assist receipiants.  Almost $18,000 in donations collected in the first six months and none of the dog receipiants have received assistance for veteranarian care or special equipment.

This organization was created to help wounded warriors, but, once puppies are placed, they do not receive adequate training or assistance towards training dogs to be full service dogs.

Two dogs bred by the founder were donated to another organization only to be returned a month later due to their aggression during formal training.  the founder placed both dogs with wounded warriors, neither of which had ever owned a dog before.

They are not providing a viable service to our military members.  Placing dogs who have been deemed aggressive by certified and highly respected trainers is just putting others in danger.

This organization is not complying with the federal IRS nor the state statutes and laws for a non profit organization.

The person who wrote the initial report was terminated from PpaWWs for using prong collars and choke chains among other aggressive and punishment training techniques on our dogs and for severely neglecting a PpaWWs dog that was left in her care for training.  The dog was returned to PpaWWs at the age of 8 months underweight, filthy, with feces caked between her toes and no training other than having been taught to fear strangers and be food aggressive - she was only returned because PpaWWs threatened legal action.

She wrote this report after she lost a case against PpaWWs in Onslow County Small Claims Court where she tried to claim that I had wrongfully taken the dog, which she claimed to be her property.  The records are on file at the Onslow County Courthouse as a matter of public record.

PpaWWs is in compliance with all state and federal laws for Non-Profit Corporations and our records are available for viewing by appointment.  Simply call 910-381-7815 to arrange an appointment.

The veterinarian deployed to Afganistan donated 3 unregistered German Shepherd puppies rather than "thousands of dollars" worth and her donation receipt from PpaWWs is, indeed, valid.

For the year 2011, PpaWWs received a total of $4856 in cash donations and donated puppies from other breeders valued at $12,000.  PpaWWs Founders, myself and Maggie Sargent, provided from our own pockets the remainder of funds necessary for the organization to function for the year.  To date, I have donated 44 dogs of my own breeding to the organization.

I am not going to address the remainder of the report as it is simply additional lies.  Please come see our records and talk to our Warriors if you want the truth.
