There is a rescue called PAWS in wilburton oklahoma that needs to be looked into. The dogs in this place are not being taken care of there is over 60 dogs living in makeshift kennels in a field where no one lives and then they have who knows how many in foster homes. One of the foster homes has over 20 dogs on a small city lot (that address is 208 E Blair wilburton Ok that persons name is Billye Givens). There is another foster/volunteer named Caryn Hass Bearden that lives at 1015 Golf course lane in wilburton that has another 20 dogs, several horses (most of the horses do not have access to any shelter except trees) and about 40 chickens running around in her yard. There are several other foster homes with untold numbers of dogs. the only other foster home that I know the address to is one for a Delta Null 1331 lutie rd also in Wilburton. The dogs at their so called pens do not see any people except when they are being fed so maybe once a day. These dogs do not get socialized and there is a sign on the fence that says if a dog is dumped over the fence the resident dogs will kill it.

Some of the dogs are vicious/feral and can not be touched. The pens are small and outside they have no access to anything except sheds to get out of the sun but no where cool to go. They were seen last weekend in 90+ temps set up in a parking lot in the middle of the day with no water trying to adopt out dogs. The dogs get adopted out without any proof of vaccinations or medical care except for their word no paperwork from the vet. They had that day several really young puppies and several dogs that looked like they had mange. None of the crates had any food or water in them. Some of the dogs were on the hot black concrete without even newspaper to protect their feet. I have contacted the police but they will not do anything and there is not any animal control in this area. No one will touch this group because they are known to steal peoples dogs from their yards, make false reports on others and retaliate in very evil ways.

This group does not accept volunteers any longer(I volunteered for a little while so I know where the pens are), will not let you go to see the kennels and brings the dogs to a grocery store for adoptions. They are very very picky as to who can adopt dogs from them and have been known to adopt out sick dogs (puppies with parvo or mange) I so hope that there is something that you can do since there is no one else that I can reach out to. here are some links to videos that they have posted so that you can better see how things are
