I ordered some non-skid booties for my 13 year old golden retriever who has weak back legs. I measured her paws as directed and ordered the size recommended. The booties were to small. The instructions for returns stated to contact them through their website contact form and request a return authorization. I made the request three times over the course of 3 weeks but no response to my request. Their phone number was on the shipping label, and I called that number only to get a recording that does not accept messages. I wrote one last e-mail and warned them that I was going to ship the merchandise back without a return authorization if I did not hear from them. They did not respond, and I shipped the merchandise back. They rejected the package from UPS stating "receiver did not order".
