 Before purchasing I called pay anywhere about their services and explained to them i was a contractor and my average ticket was around $7000, I did this because i was interested in square but was told any swipe over $1000 would result in them holding funds for an extended period. The agent told me that large swipes were not an issue and signed up with them and gave them ALL requested information. My first transaction went thru fine,  After a few months after my latest swipe I had trouble logging in and called them to figure out what was going on. The agent told me my account had been cancelled due to not providing bank account documents. I was never asked for any additional documents other than what was requested at the time i started my account. When I asked why my account was cancelled with absolutly no notice they stated they sent an email (1 email) and they were not required to do any more followup. ZERO followup. I just have to take their word that they sent this fantom email, i have every email in one box or another since signing with them but this one. I was Never notified they had any monies owed me, the only way I found out was due to having problems logging in. They are telling me that I have to wait 6 months now to get my $6300.00 of my money. Thats $6 thousand 3 hundred dollrs. at their discression. they will not allow me to send them the documents they supposedly requested, they will not allow the cardholder to call and verify thay there will not be a chargeback , they stated that they will not take the word of the customer that they are satisfied with my work..WHAT!! how can this company at their sole discression just take my money, offer no resalution to rectify an issue and tell me I have to wait for 6 months to get my money,MY MONEY! I am a small business, I have a family to support, I cannot just sit around and wait for 6 months to get my money. And their customer service dept has just said "oh well"!
