I received an email from this company ACS.USA, claiming that I took out a loan with some online loan agency, for $300.00
and if I did not promise to pay $965.75 they would be filing a suit against me for criminal charges, however when I
responded as to the nature of this claim and requested documentation there simply was none. The company claims I had the
money deposited into my bank account, yet I have not had a bank account in almost 8yrs. This is a scam, watch out!!!!
