Payless Lotions Takes ALL Your Money Right Away But Takes Forever And Ships Only Partial Order RIP OFF Indianapolis Indiana
I placed my Order with this company on 4/30 and my Discover Card was billed on 5/2/08. I did actually get an order confirmation but nothing after that for two weeks. I then got the shipping confirmation but could never check on it because it was an invalid number. Two weeks after that I recieved my order, only to open it and find that I only recieved two of the products. The third product which was an Emerald Bay product was circled in pen and handwritten Backordered will ship up restocking.
Now I thought ths was funny since they had billed my card for the entire amount. I tried calling them and no answer. I sent emails and no response. Then on 6/2 I sent an email and told them I was contacting my credit card to cancel the payment and take further action. Within 5 hours and I had a small response telling me that they would be sending my email to the Shipping Department and I would hear back from them via Email.
I still have heard nothing and sent another email this morning reiterating the previous email along with their response. I told them that after reading the Rip Off reports about them I would be grateful to take further action against them if I do not get a response from them by TELEPHONE within 72 hours. I will let you know what happens and if I get a response by Wednesday.
This is just down right ridiculous how they are running their business. They need to be shut down and quick before they get anyone elses money.
