Dear officers of ripoff report.

I did register do not call list.
Payment System Corps call me at my Nails salon and ask me to let their representative come in my shop and show me their great saving on credit card processing for my nails salon. Greg Disney ask me my statement of last month of March, 2010.  I did let him take a look of my statement and he told me I can save $175 per month, if I sign contract with his company. He told me that he will let me have a free credit car machine.  I ask him 3 times how much to cancel the contract? He said $250.00.  After all my statements came in more than my previous statements $135. I usually paid $250-$300 per month. I call him on his cell phone and left him 3 messages, he did not return my message.  I send him a email.  the email no good. I did  not see his business card have Ladco company on it.  Ladco is credit card machine.  Now Ladco wanted $5400 for break the contract.  I will agree to pay $250 cancellation fee for both contract.
thank you officers.

I can understand your frustration. I too am a business owner and I have experienced similar things dealing with Merchant Services companies, however, Payment Systems is one of the most reputable ones out there. Ive done business with them for several years and I know what they stand for. I can't speak on your rep's individual integrity, but I can speak on my rep's, as well as what their company promotes. This isnt it.

It sounds like you may have been mistaken as to what the contract stated, and quite possibly your rep is no longer with the company. If Ladco is the company requesting money, I'd consider speaking with them directly about it. That has helped me in the past.

Good luck!
