Payment Systems Corp Andres Rosa Deceptive Sales Practices Los Angeles California
This guy/company ripped us off too; promised a lot of hooey that didn't turn out to be true. Unfortunately he bullied a compliant partner into signing the contract that day without reading the fine print. Fees are triple what was promised, did not pay our cancellation fees like he said they would, and the worst penalities we've seen as far as leaving the 4 year processing contract (5 on equipment). Contacted payment systems & they said Rosa was an "independant contractor" and they didn't have any records of him; what a bunch of baloney!
Stay far, far away from Andres Rosa AND Payment Systems Corp!
