I am writing this post in direct response to a post made by "in the business". It should be carefully noted that "in the business" clearly does not have all of the facts in regards to the allegations made on this website.
My name is Adam Attanasio. I am the president of Payment Gone LLC. I have been working in the finance, insurance and mortgage industries for the last 18 years. While it is true that I do not have, and never have had, a Real Estate license, I have never represented myself as having one. When working in the mortgage industry, I was a branch manager for Direct Lender and, as such, I held a California Finance Lenders license, which was the required documentation in California for an office that only handles loans.
In 2007 we began software development to meet document generation needs within the mortgage industry. In 2008 we embarked on the Khafre project. Khafre is a premier CRM and loan modification software platform with hundreds of users managing thousands of files. National Loan Resolutions was one of our many customers. We are not a loan modification company, and we do not represent ourselves as providing loan modification services in any way. We simply provide a software solution to industry users. Learn more about Khafre at www.khafreportal.com.
As a software company, we are not required to hold a broker's license. National Loan Resolutions and other loan modification companies are the companies responsible for demonstrating they meet state and federal requirements for performing loan modifications.
Where it is still legal to do so, National Loan Resolutions and other loan modification companies can and do charge homeowners up-front fees for their services. Others, in order to be in compliance with new laws, only accept payment after the loan modification services have been rendered.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE: These loan modification fees being charged by the loan mod companies are completely separate transactions between the loan mod company and the homeowner. Payment Gone earns its revenue from software license fees.
Regarding child support, after learning of the existence of my son, I endeavored to reach out to him and include him in my family. He now lives with me, my wife and my other 2 children. And, while I believe that a business reporting site is an inappropriate place to bring up family matters, it is plain to see that the original poster was terribly mistaken in their statements. I have not flipped from company to company and, in fact, I have had the same business address for the last 3 years. Our Nevada LLC is listed and is part of public record in California.
Personal slams also have no place on a site like this, however, I would also like to address the attacks made against Mary Gregory. Mary has a great knowledge of the finance and software industries. She graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), an appropriate degree for the the CEO of a software company.
We welcome any calls or emails to find out more information regarding Payment Gone, Adam Attanasio, Mary Gregory, and or Khafre. You can find us at www.khafreportal.com or you can call us toll free at 888-927-7334 or you can call me direct at 562-472-0879 or send an email to [email protected]
