PAYMENTSYSTEMS This company relied on deceptive trade practices to get us into a 48 month non-cancellable lease. Los Angeles, California
A woman representing this company came to our store claiming that she could save us money if we changed credit card processing companies, she showed us how much we would save, and we agreed to sign a contract that we don't have a copy of 6 weeks later. This company withheld a lot of money from our checking account that we do not want to give them a second chance to do this again, this was a very stressful situation to be in. This company in my opinion was just out to get businesses into a non-cancellable lease for 48 months by promising you a great deal. I have filed a complaint with the attorney general of my state, and also with the Federal Trade Commission and encourage everyone who finds themselves in a similar situation to file a complaint also, because these government agencies need to know of possible violations of consumer protection laws.
