Do not do business with them. They offer "low rate" but then you get charged multiple times. That's when they allow your transactions. But when they feel like it, they will hold funds for weeks at a time and have you email, fax, call and even mail in countless times. Approved transactions aren't approved until they deposit into your account. But be aware of their multiple fees and charges. Be aware that they will hold your money and at times force you to refund even if your client and you have already gave 10 approvals.
Don't do business with them.
