After selling on ebay and using paypal for two years and having a %100 ratings with many satisfeid customers and having a flourishing business, after one customer complains to paypal they suspend my account indefinatly after making my account negative $2000, they say i can never use paypal for the rest of my life, not enough they suspended my freind's paypal account because he once logged on to his paypal on my computer so they linked and they suspended him for life, they did the same to my brother's account since he used the same address, they think they can make their own rules since there is no competition, its time we make a class action law suit for all those that were affected by these paypal and ebay bigots.

there are other solutions - paypal CAN make its own rules is because it IS NOT a bank or lending institution and does not fall under the same rules and regs.

There are many other payment processors available today. Do a bit of research, they are easy to find. The reason paypal CAN make its own rules is because it IS NOT a bank or lending institution and does not fall under the same rules and regs. They do nothing more than transfer funds from one place to another. Legally they can (and have) closed accounts for no reason at all, they dont have to give any refunds for money in the account. I am on your side and something does need to be done and I know of some that have tried and ended up out more money due to attorney fees etc... Sorry to hear your misfortune and I wish you the best of luck.
