Please be advised to watch out for SETH @ the office of the president for www.paypal.com. Filed a complaint over 30 days ago in regards to them seeing an actual email from the seller saying they had refunded my money yet never saw it. Because fb had pulled the seller down as fraudulent they warned consumers to speak to their credit card company or PayPal. PayPal doesn’t give you many options so I chose fraudulent activity because the seller was booted of Facebook for it. They closed the case ASAP. I then file with the Bbb with the attached email on July 17 2018 that the seller had refunded but my bank never saw the credit. Seth tells the bbb he reopened the case and then what he didn’t say was he closed the case hours after he opened it. Seth also doesn’t explain to the bbb why he nor anyone from PayPal was wasted over 31 days before they ever got back to the bbb. Lies and states he contacts you with a number my phone marks as spam because it knows that the caller doesn’t accept incoming calls. He never left a message but pretends like he’s all on it for 31 days. Said he called once and that was 8/20 but didn’t leave a message so how would I know if he called. When you call him and call him out on his lies and that you’ve already reported him and PayPal to the consumer financial bureau he tells you he’s recording the convo. Mister big man like I don’t know he would be. He can’t take blame no one at PayPal can. Delete your accounts.

There’s other options now because ppl no how bad PayPal is and in my opinion Seth who cops an attitude and wants you to listen to him knew this was something that was escalated higher. Total liars at PayPal whom lie to the bbb, yourself, etc. they don’t care. Does the ceo tell them to do that? Unethical in my opinion stay away from them because you will lose your money and they should probably fire Seth who sits on your claim for 31 days but their site says they will get it resolved in 10.
