Got an account alert from my Capital One Master Card that a pending transaction of $39.95 or $49.95 was charged by ProPay Global. I will dispute the charge once it is charged. I don't know where I got on this account and certainly don't do auto refills.
This must be a scam to get people's money unaware. That's why I have paper statements, easier to see unwanted charges.

Hello Randy C.,
To begin with we would like to clarify what PayPro Global is. We are an official reseller for multiple software, digital products and online services, including PC Speedup Pro service which is the case.
In our system we have located your order of a yearly PC Speedup Pro subscription (http://www.pcspeeduppro.com) initially bought by you on 10/20/2015. Since it’s a yearly subscription your card/account was charged 39.95 USD (a yearly price for the product) on 10/20/2016.
We have successfully canceled your subscription and refunded your order. You should see your funds credited back to you up to 10 business days (bank processing time, depending on the card issuer).
