They will give fake promotion to lure small businesses to transfer their payment terminals, the sales persons are all con artist stating different facts, and whatever they told you is a LIE, mine was so sweet at the beginning and after he was like a whole different person. they are white collar scammers. If you are researching and thinking of transferring or using there services, stop researching because the answer is all here... they operate under the legalities of a processing machine but bend the rules...the payments you get from customers will come into your account at the beginning, but slowly they will not, hoping you calculated wrong or forget to check your statements...a few payments there and a few over there the amount will be substantial, they will steal your money and blame it on software error on your end... and even if you argue it will take months to investigate, with no success, much time and resource wasted, and at times it would not even be worth the time to argue...there is no customer support! they will make you run around and call and get different answers...the company has stole thousands of dollars from me, they will force a $1500 terminal fee if you cancel, plus hundreds of different fees, and small claims court will just waste more time and resources, and they know this... once you sign the contract ITS OVER!...even if you want to cancel, you're going to have to pay $2000 minimum...forget what the salesperson said, he's a con! They are station in Don mills Toronto, most likely they will change the business name and open up a new company after collecting stolen money from customers...save your time hassle and money and go with a different merchant provider even if it means paying a little more %...

I use to work with Paytceh, I came a cross about this complaint.
Hakan Toprak was not the owner of the company. I think that some one is trying to destroy his personal reputation.
Non of the information is corret in this complaint, You cant find single complaint about Paytech Merchant Sevrices Provider and Hakan Toprak . I worked with Hakan Toprak myself , In this complaint nothing is correct
I dont who ever placed this complaint, I will encourage my friends to take legal action about false complaint.
No one ca't find out single bad review about company and Hakan Toprak
Hakan Toprak was my boss and he was a very good person
Only looser people will file this kind of complaint , If you are right please go for justice , go to the court , dont make scam online with false complainh
