Fist off, file a chargeback for all charges made to this company.
Second, your computer can't transmit credit card info if it isn't connected to the internet. Pull your network cable or shut down your router/cable modem if you are wireless and don't know how to disable the card.
Third, NEVER EVER EVER EVER pay for a virus removal that pops up on your screen. If you don't have the technical savy to remove the virus yourself or know someone who can, take your PC to a reputible PC repair shop. You will spend more than 79.95 probably, but you can be sure it will be fixed properly.
