I purchased what I thought to be a $9.95 driver survey/fix it tool from Driver Headquarters Inc. by internet transaction on 12/24/09. Immediately I was billed $39.90 including additional stuff I did not bargain for. It made me so mad I have deleted everything from the computer, never used it, and never will.
I want a full refund and I wish they could be shut down. I don't believe what they are selling is of any value.
