PC Experts 247 The rip-off artist took over my computer and made some changes so that I was able to send email. However, five days later I started getting "This page can't be displayed" messages and realized I could not reach the con artist by email. Flushing New York
I could not send emails, so I called Technical Support. The man who answered asked me to describe the problem, which I did. He then took over the computer.
After about half an hour he asked me to send an email. I sent several with no problem and thought he had solved the problem.
I paid with a credit card ($179) since the agreement specified a thirty-day period to make sure the work was satisfactory. Today I kept getting "This page cannot be displayed" messages. When I tried to contact him using his email with the agreement, I realized that there was no valid return email address.
