As I have stated in my original post, the pins were bent on the board and the Ethernet was not functioning. If I am capable of taking a motherboard out of my desktop computer and replacing it -- I KNOW WHAT THE TERM "OEM" MEANS. I build computers. I expected an OEM board to be new even IF the board was discontinued. Even the seller states that the OEM board was new. I'm Sorry, But It Was NOT. They lie. The seller can't even respond to my post in a timely manor. They wait 18 months before they decide to respond. Again, not a very favorable business practice. Do not deal with PC Planet.

As states on our Website, Products page and at checkout for the consideration of our customers. These units have been discontinued for several years and no longer available in the US market. Seems as if this customer is aware that the manufacturer of this unit has not produced since 2004.
All of our units come in OEM packaging, bare product only meant for replacement with no accessories, manuals, cd, cables, drives etc.
This is clearly mentioned on the products page this customer's order is on like every product has a detail and OEM and availability.
We do not send used products they are in OEM packaging. We have many many customers who are aware of what OEM means. Apparently this customer did not and made us responsible for this. All is clearly mentioned on the website.

PC Planet states that the product was labeled as an OEM product in their TERMS + AGREEMENT.
