In 2007 I regeistered to take a 2007 microsoft exchange course with pc professor. When it was time for class to start, I was told that Microsoft exchange server 2007 was not available and they would offer me exchange 2003 instead with a chance to take exchange 2007 once it because available. I waited for weeks for the class to start and finally they asked me to seat in on Windows Server 2003 course that was already ongoing since it was being taught by the same teacher that will be teaching exchange, I gladly obliged.

My course finally started a month or so after it was originally supposed to start, I completed the course and my employer paid for it in full. I was impressed by the teacher and a few months later I tried to enroll in the full MCSE track. After they ran my credit, I was told that I needed a co-signer, I brought in my wife but we weren't qualified. 6 months later we tried again for cisco and Linux and as expected, we were not qualified. I decided to move on.

About a year after that I got a call from Mr. Felman telling me that I owed him money, I was a bit surprised but I told him that based on what I know, my employer paid for the course. He then looked at his records and told me that he would have his secratary fix the issue. A year after that, I again got a call from him to which I replied that we've already had this conversation and you told me that your secratary would fix it. He then told me that it's for other courses, and that if I wanted to clear the balance I should take a cisco course for 1999. I told him that he should really check his records. He checked and said that he would have it fixed. 

In late 2012 or early 2013, I got another call from him. He told me that they are going to send these cases to an attorney, I again told him that the only course that I have taken with him was exchange 2003. He then said that there were alot more. I again asked him to check his records. I do not believe that I heard back from him. 

In October 2013, I was served with a lawsuit, I was told to go to court in Miami. I live in Port St Lucie and ultimately I did not make it to court. However B. Stevens ended with a default judgment against me. In March 2015, after I tried to call them a few times and they kept on refering me to an attorney, I filed a report with the better business bureau. A week later I got a call from Mr. Felman about the complaint. He wanted to know what he could do, I told him that he needed to remove the bad marks that he has had on my credit report. He agreed and did just that.

I again told him that I needed to have the judgment removed, he told me that Sprechman and assiociate already paid him for the class and I had to talk to them about the judgment. I again told him that I did not take any of these courses. He went over the records and verified that I did not take these classes. He then told me that I registered for them therefore, I had to pay for the classes. I again told him that they told me that I was not qualified, how is it that I should pay for classes that I never took and was never qualified for? He then said they have a judgement. 

At this point, it was a nightmare, I told him that I would not pay for courses that I did not take, and if he wants me to pay for the windows course that I sat in while waiting for my exchange class then that is a compromise that I can accept, however I want the judgement removed. Once again, he told me that I had to talk to Sprechman and assiociate. I talked to Sprechman and over them 4k to remove the judgement since I was trying to buy a home, they declined. They wanted me to sign a form for a payment plan, I did not but made several payments to them. 

In July, I stopped making those payments. Mr Felman knows that I did not take the courses, yet he wants me to pay for them anyways because of the judgement. I will spend every last dime that I have to make sure they do not get any more of my money. I will put them on blast to make sure they don't do that to anyone else. PC Professor has committed fraud and I will make sure that it is known to everyone.

I understand this student's frustration, but I can tell you that my experience with PC Professor was nothing less  than above and beyond excellent.

 

My training at this school was the best choice I've made in my life. I've taken 3 courses and Certified in all 3 currently. First dating back to 1999 which was the COMPTIA A+. That was a self pay,  CCNA, employer pay, and last MCSE was a student loan.

 

PC Professor did my loan paperwork for me without any issues whatsoever. It couldn't have gone smoother. When I self-payed, it was in payments, they even had the courtesy of reporting me to the Credit Bureaus as paid on time, which helped financially tremendously at the time.

 

As far as this company and specifically Sunil, there is not much else to say except they are among if not the best IT training facility in the U.S. I have dozens of colleagues who all have trained there and we all joke where all came from! Meaning, we all are Executive Level IT, System/Network Admins, or some of the best PC Techs around. 

 

Things happen occasionally and overall this one little issue although a problem does not reflect this company at all. In my opinion it should be removed from this site. I have no affiliation with them currently or in the past except as a student.

 

In conclusion, I feel for this person's issue and I also believe that he could have avoided it. The company is not fully to blame. Regardless of this one incident, thousands have gone through their system flawlessly and now they are solid IT Professionals. I can vouch for dozens nationwide, and be happy to provide you with their contact information.

A few days after I posted this, I got a call from Mr. Fellman. He was resonable and took care of me. I am not sure how to edit the original post or how to remove it but I hope to correct the record. I was frustrated and furious because of what I believe was an injustice. I want to make things right since they did right by me.
