pcexpers24/7 David Alexander, Rob Junior, et al While computer on remote control, stole my ID and charged $300 at Wallmart palo Alto, elsewhere CA, California NY, New York Chicago, etc. **Author of this Report is NOT CONFIRMED**
pcexperts, while remote contolling my computer, they went into my paypal account and charged $250 for Apple iTune cards. When I came back to computer, techs were attemting to get in my e-mails and delete 2 Walmart confirmatiions. said company admitted culpability and David AlexanderTech Mgr. made me a cash offer to forget about it. I was unable to get him to answer the phone after this. I then talked to Rob Junior who claimed to be a manager and when he finally talked to me he said the 2 techs were fired. Not so. They resigned! They would not honor the originaloffer and said it was just an accident. This is a federal offense and they seemed unfazed by it. Lawyers told me noone would take the case. First they lie and then deny. I pray that a law enforcement or government agency,ex. States Attorny, FBI, in the state of California will close the doors of their business and prosecute. No way can I afford to take them to court. Most of their victims or older. Currently all my calls go unanswered. Stange that 20 minutes after my last contact, a tech called insisting he had to get in my computer to credit and to refund my $300 initial payment. Coincidence? All I can do is keep posting onsites like this and hope that some agency steps forward. They always swear they are Microsoft Certified. What the techs do is take a few courses and become certified, but not directly by Microsoft. I will send them a letter, but they have undoubedly heard more about these tactics then they care to. It is pervasive in this industry, but most agencies are inudated with LIdentity Theft. If a good samaritan is out there, they could prevent alot of pain.
