PCNTech Penta Group, Penta Travel, Online Computer Shop Fraud Internet
The Penta Group goes under many disguises and has multiple online stores. They are quite ready to take your money - infact insist on full payment up fornt, but are not good at supplying the ordered goods.
Email requests for order status updates are ignored, direct phone calls are fobbed off and threats to report to Fair Trading, ASIC, ACCC and police are just laughed at.
Cancellations and requests for refund are delayed ad nauseum - they will promise you anything to get you off the phone but not deliver
