I agree with you Mike. I went to one of their schools ( I won't say which one right now). I feel like after I completed the program, they just COMPLETELY ignored me. Repeated emails, phone calls, failed tests, nothing got their attention. It's almost like they 'took the money an ran'. Could you please, if you see this, email me. I would like to get in contact with you about this. Thanks!

Really, this is not a school. It is a business, which happens to be a "school", and their goal, is not necessarily to help you, but to make a profit. Sure, it looks good for them if you pass the test and get certified, but if you don't, they'll just say you didn't try hard enough, that you didn't put in your best effort, putting all the blame on you and leaving them unaffected. Don't let the ".edu" fool you.

Mike, As an ex-employee of PC PRO Schools / PCPRO Schools I do know your frustrations.I was expected to talk people into these rediculously high cost enrollments. And your very right about everything in your report. There are numorous options which will do you much greater benefit at a much lesser cost. I hope you will be successful in what you do and don't let the school ruin your dreams. I just hope that everyone who reads your story can keep themselves from getting into the same trap that you did.

I also went to this so called Microsoft IT Academy. I was led to believe that it was for Network Administration. Not so, I was contacted by the EAB because a student that went to Pc Pro Schools or Pc Productivity is being sued by them. He too wrote a rip off report. I havn't talked to him personally but his name is Chaz from what the lady at the EAB told me. His report is under Pc Pro's web site. Maybe he could help you in finding a lawyer. Anonymous
