Your school is assigned a PCR Account Consultant who is a single point of contact, available directly by email and phone, which includes emergency assistance available 24/7. The PCR Account Consultant coordinates efficient workflow between PCR modules, while communicating directly with your school administrators; guides your administrators through PCR implementation, support, feature requests, and integration with other software products; schedules and prioritizes project timelines and help you’re your requirements; recommends best practices, the most efficient procedures and the newest features that would benefit your school.
Your PCR Account Consultant also manages the resolution of all tech support questions by communicating directly with the PCR development and training teams to ensure that your school gets attention in resolving any issues.
