Pdl Resource Site - pdrsupp.com Definately a rip off. Called the # on the made up ck. No help from them. They canceled acct. I ret the call again said I needed address and info for BBB, they said I would have refund 72 hr. MAYBE! Internet
I was doing a simple search for my children, looking for a loan for them. Simple online??? Right???
This company took my information and when I received my checking statement, there was a check generated by them.
I called this company, and the only help I received was getting my account canceled. At that time I did tell them I would be also sending a complaint to the BBB.
Obviously they knew I would not be able to get any information on them, they did not seem worried. The only things that come up for them are reports such as this one. Nothing for PDR.
I called them back an told them I needed the actual name, full address, contact information, incuding her name.
Low and behold, she said I would have the $17.97 the took from my account back into the account within 72 hours.
Of course now we have to wait and see. If this works I will definately try to let this site know. I do not know if you can add items after this has been submitted.

This company, after asking for the name of company, address, phone number, and their name---did indeed return the money to my checking account. This was done within 48 hours of me calling back and geting information for the BBB. I highly suggest EVERYONE do this.

That is a payday loan place.
If you didn't give them your bank info they couldn't bill you.

First off==this is PDR not PDL. I just checked my email and It says that a refund has been issued and is in route to my checking account. Hopefully I do not have to recontact them again, and it actually worked.
Also---when you are calling them, it is an enormous amount of talking that they do. I guess they think you will just hang up!!
Just hit "0000" several times on the phone. It takes you right to customer service.
