April 4, 2013 I used my credit card to pay PDM Group LLC $199.00 to sign up for their service, then in a subsequent call from Scott Reese, he told me there would be a $1,000 charge to set up a website for me tied to Facebook advertising of Amazon Products. The site would be mine, and I would be paid monthly from Amazon for purchases made through my site. They gave me 3 days "buyer's remorse" to cancel, but at the time I had no suspicions that this was a scam.
A few days later, I disputed the charge with my credit card company, indicating it was a scam or fraud, and notified the company by e-mail. I requested a refund, but was refused. The site wasn't accessible to me, and after many e-mails back and forth about how the problem was at my end, Internet Explorer, and the fact that I had disputed the charge, my account was in limbo all during that time, etc., I told Scott I was going to file a consumer report with the Attorney General.
After reading the November complaint on ripoff report, it is almost to the word exactly what I experienced. A few days ago, I was able to see my back office on the site, and notified PDM of that final success. They have not gotten back to me with what they intend to do.
