As stated Jeffrey at this point has attempted every tactic he can to throw the legal system off of the real issues at hand , But as it seems as no bull said in his past post, Jeffrey has used the ploy that the PD was not properly representing him to Appeal .

I have looked and seen that Jeffrey Has (lol) appealed EVERY SINGLE CASE , even more than once , this is a total abuse of the system and makes the system look week as they allow this to occur , No wonder the economy is slumping , we allow dirt bags that are guilty to continue to abuse .!!!

I dont fully understand all on this site But , I do see that Jeffrey has been Denied certain appeals and hopefully get more time added or at least be denied any further time taken for good behavior. This would only make matters worst .

The recent items are on the other posts , and Jeffrey Has been scaming inmates on the premis he has in the past been a legal aid , and is qualified to help other inmates and their families legaly and is attempting to solicit money from them .

He also writes letters to some using certain people as his legal council ( to avoid certail rules or review of mail in this way ) He also is soliciting money from victims( Like even me ) in the attempt or the notion I will forget or forgive , But thats not occured , But I did post copy of such letter sent to me and another sent to me for ED Poirier c/o me ,to send to ED ( Guess he lost his address book ) 
 
Anyway , jeffrey Has waisted lots of the legal systems time and money , he continues to attempt to at least , and it seems that the institutions are allowing this abuse and waiste . Jeffrey is a convicted Felon , and is guilty of more as he has been guilty of similar many years in the past and not ever has he been honest , or been rehabilitated , even as he was ordered to take classes , see doctors , pay restitution , He has scamed his way all along without rest ...

The only ones suffering are the Hard working Tax paying citizens of the free world including the legal system if full , judges , lawyers , PD`s, clerks , past victims of many varieties , Bankruptcy courts are even among the scams and attempts , How long does it take the counties to get things together , the state to figure out what is directly in front of them.

A Man ( Jeffrey R Hirschkorn ) who cannot ever be rehabilitated , ever be made to do the correct thing for he truley is sick , and should actually be doing life in jail for all the things he actually got away with added to that which he got caught doing . And no PD should get his time lowered for He Is Guilty for all being claimed .

never paid the bondsman , ( real stupid if I do say so ) they dont like that !  lets see what happens today at court . maybe I will show up to observe ....... its at the jail house in polk cty jail , I was wondering if its true that jeff wrote a worthless to his account in the jail for phone calls now they cut him off .....and he owes the jail .... ( more community service or pay as you go ... how will they get it ...

Thanks for the updates. Yes, some charges may be dismissed, or pleaded down. But that still leaves plenty to chew on.

One note of caution. If he has only a PD, and the PD screws up, or misses a deadline, then there could be grounds for appeals, retrials etc.

It seems that the charges continue to pile up for Jeffrey R Hirschkorn , there are a few more with N.I.C. in front of them , and a charge I may have missed before but it says fraud use of ID 10 - 20 others without concent , but I do believe there may be one or two felonys coming up ,as wellJeff did show up for court on the 19th , and he was very sad about the fact Bob wasent able to get the Bail money for him , But the word is Alan refused the arrangement to get Jeffrey out .

Alan says it would be like throwing money away , to try to pay the bail that keeps rising . Jeffrey has been calling and the lines of technology say Jeffrey is still trying to inform everyone that there are 10 charges being dropped . I tell you , that guy is a peice of work  , if you have 22 charges drop 10 plea 2 add 13 minus another 10 add 5 and there are more yet to even be filed , Your in trouble even if 1/2 are dropped for whatever reason . Alan is doing the right thing by allowing jeffrey to stay in jail for his crimes , He would only do damage to Alan and the state and more victims if he were out , Even to himself , He would do more damage if thats even possible ,

Jeffrey is in the best place possible , and unfortunately no one gets paid by jeff directly , Alan will have the burden of repayment on certain issues , but the rest are still able to possibly recover money lost from the failed peabody officers , everyone need remember the failed bancruptcy , due to fraud and inability to properly file . what happens then is up to the Judge .

Jeffrey is losing wait , He wants out , he still only cares about himself , no one else not the victims or even his family just ( Igotta get outta here ) over and over . The food is absolutely awful here, just nasty stuff, and the smell in here is sickening and I can't get any sleep with Bubba crawling all over me in the middle of the night.

This bed is only made for one person, you know? I was hoping the other inmates could see the local 9 news story on me but they have no TV here, so no celebrity status for me here, I could have worked that story for a few freebees or an extra scoop of mashed potatoes or maybe a 2nd bagel? I am not feeling well and Im having bathroom problems, I am constipated and the blood vessel thingy isn't helping.

I also have had some men trying to make me do UNKOSHER acts that I refuse to be a part of, I am not gay ok! They do have the don't ask, don't tell policy here in jail as well, but honestly who is kidding who?

It's time for me to say I am sorry for all that has happened to the victims of Peabody Vacations and the other victims of mine.

Lets start first with Edgars Mom who worked for Bank of America, She did absolutely nothing wrong, she only did what I requested her to do, but we threw her under the bus to get the cops of my a*s!

I am sorry for what happened to Brian Lovett, he was only trying to help me get back AUTO COMPS computers and Brian got arrested because of me. To make matters worse, I bailed him out using someone elses stolen credit card, and for that I am very sorry. Brian, can I please have my computer back, there is allot of incriminating evidence in there, you know? I had to make up lies about Brian to try and make me look good, sorry but that that is something I have been doing for a long time, it is just a diversion.

Brian was my confident and I would share all my delicious schemes with him so he knows way too much about my thievery, I should not have burnt my bridge with Brian, that was a big mistake and now he has all my files and computers. I sure hope he doesn't give that information to the police.

I would also like to say that Brian Lovett is a good man, he has had a few brushes with the law but there is no fraud involved with Brian.

I am very sorry to Taylor Ward, a very good man, a hard worker and someone I made up a lot of stuff about. I am the one who has the drug problem and I made up stuff about Taylor and brought up his criminal past so people wouldnt believe what he was saying. I do owe Taylor almost $20,000 and I hope one day I will be able to repay him the money I owe him. Taylor also has no history of fraud although he has had some issues with the law, Taylor I am very sorry for making up all the lies about you.

It is my fault that the businesses all folded due to my dishonesty, but Matt and Edgar are not totally innocent and they should be held accountable as I am being held accountable. They both committed fraud as did some other employees that I will not mention but some of my employees benefited from my dishonesty and they conspired with me and should be held accountable but probably won't be because it is easier for the Cops to blame it all on me.

We would sell a package and I would immediately start using that credit card to pay my bills and to order lunch for all of the help. At the end of the week I would pay the staffing company with that stolen credit card. It worked for me because I was only trying to buy some time, thats all just a little time. By the time the people figured out I made unauthorized charges to their bank cards I was already stealing someone elses card so it was old news. Whenever the police would come around, it was easy throw one of the employees under the bus, plus I framed them by paying a bill for the employee with the stolen credit card and then I would point the police to that Rep.

All I was doing was creating a diversion and it worked for 8 months.

Then Eddie Poirier and Bob Ross started connecting the dots and started networking with Rip Off Report and all of my victims all over the USA and in the UK. I should have paid those 2 bastards! I underestimated both of them, 2 crazy bastards with some big balls!

I got into trouble because people with inside knowledge were now telling the victims and the police about each other and then it was clear that the fraud was being committed by Peabody Vacations and most of the time the evidence pointed right back at me but I always managed to get rid of the police by blaming others. I can't believe what the police and courts have let me get away with. If I write a worthless check, I have 6 months to pay back that fee before I MIGHT be prosecuted, and then even if I am it's a slap on the wrist then $50 a month and even if I don't pay nothing happens to me.

The state of Florida is an ENABLER OF FRAUD, they and the banks make it all possible and even the utility companies are making money off of the fraud I have committed. They always get their money but they make extra money when they shut off the customer then charge them a $40 reconnect fee and a $40 worthless check fee, making $80 for accepting a fraudulent payment from someone that they never even identify when the payment is made.

The Banks never investigate small charges, so that was free money for us every day of the week, and that is the banks fault for allowing people like me to take advantage of the banking system. It was the charges to the staffing co that exposed our FRAUD MACHINE, a very big mistake on my part, what was I thinking?

I also need to apologize to Celeste for taking advantage of her situation. Ive paid her utility bills with stolen credit cards and I just paid her rent last month and this month with a worthless check and now poor Celeste has no place to live.

Celeste is welcome to stay with Dad until he gets evicted or until I get out of jail in the year 2025.

Brenda Kennedy was outstanding in her total breakdown of every one of my lies, she gets an A Plus for her persistence, obviously my superior when it comes to the English language.

Id like to apologize to Bob Ross for everything I did to him and his family. I did commit insurance fraud and I did call in false police reports. I did write many worthless checks to Home Depot and to Lowes and to the Plumber and that cost Bob Ross some trouble and they even put a lien on his home.

I lied to Bob Ross about so much stuff and misled him every step of the way. I told him thousands of lies and wasted so much of his time. Maybe I shouldnt have done Bob like that? If I treated Bob right none of the victims would have connected and I could have still been in business robbing more people. If Bob wasnt screwed, he never would have responded to Eddie Poirier on face book.

I am sorry for all the lies I made up including the rediculous lies I made up about Brian Pitti, Bob Ross's son who I went to school with back in Brooklyn.

I also made up allot if stuff about Bob Ross and Eddie Poirier and these guys are good, honest hard working people.

I need to apologize to Eddie Poirier and to his family, I never should have screwed Eddie.

I wrote him a check from a closed account from Mom and Dads Commerce Bank Account for $5000 and I signed Dads name, I forged Dads name on the check. I did this to Eddie 2 days before Christmas, what a scum bag I am, a real maggot.

I wrote Eddie another check for $5300 from the business account and that check bounced too, Eddie I am very sorry. I paid numerous bills for Eddie and every one of them was done with a worthless check or with a stolen credit card.

I even used my dead grandfather George Coopers Credit Card to pay Eddies bills and of course those were all charged back. I did buy some leads from Eddie and sent him $1300 thru PayPal and then I called the bank and told them the same day it was an unauthorized transaction so I screwed him another $1300.

We called in over 50 charge backs from that Chase Account and I still cant believe that Chase would allow me to get away with all of that FRAUD< THANKS CHASE, aren't they just as guilty?

Right now I owe Eddie about $8000 and I owe Bob Ross about $40,000 and I can never pay either of them. Eddie told me in December that he would shut down my operation if I did not pay him and I guess he did. He called my customers and let them know I was a crook and that I sold them worthless packages, and then the s**t started to hit the fan.

They were calling the state seller of travel and complaining, they were calling the police once they figured out that Peabody Vacations and I were the people behind the illegal credit card charges. When I was caught at Good Year stealing the tires, the wheels started coming off of my ORGANIED FRAUD CRIME SPREE.

Those charges confirmed what everyone thought all along, PEABODY VACATIONS WAS A SCAM.

When my partners Matt and Edgar figured out what I was doing, they started stealing too and then there was so much stealing none of us knew what each other was doing we were totally out of control.

When we bought our equipment, we went to Auto Comp and the other Computer store in Casselberry with the intention of never paying for the computers, sorry folks.

We had a good business but all the stealing and all of the complaints gave Peabody Vacations a bad name and then it was all downhill ever since. When Local 6 News caught me back on March 1st, that was pretty much the beginning of the end for me. I was so humiliated running from the reporter at Dennys. Bob Ross deserves an Academy Award for his performance.

Bob Ross was instrumental in getting me to that Dennys that day and the fight in the car over the keys was PRICELESS. That video did so much to hurt me and hurt my business, and me yelling, "get out of my office" and " I gotta get out of here" were priceless. 2 weeks ago I was arrested for stiffing 2 different bail bondsmen with worthless checks and one for paying with a stolen credit card.

Bob Ross made d**n sure that I wasn't getting away as he told Pollack Bail Bonds where they could find me.

Would Bob have ratted me out if I was making the restitution as promised?

Meanwhile little did I know that Celeste had called Central Florida Bonds and told them where I could be located.

2 women arrested me, how humiliated I was, I cried like a baby and begged them to let me go but they said no. They took me to their office and then to the Orange County Jail and then they transferred me here to Seminole County Jail.

Last week Eddie Poirier went on local 9 news and claimed I stole over a million dollars in the past year, FYI, I have stolen over 5 million in my lifetime, so get the facts strait.

I wonder if Eddie would have still talked to the reporter if I had kept my word and paid him back restitution as promised.

Eddie said I am a pathological liar, and I say NO I AM NOT!

Did the same person sign two different signatures , or did the same person sign at two different times , or was it a lookalike that walked in after the other left ? and on the same Dates to the lease of autos , rental apts , bank accounts ?

Is it not standard practice for each adult to individually sign a rental agreement in person , lease , ?

Does a knoledgable graduated person not know whats a normal amount of moves in a lifetime before a question is posed ? no less in 1 year ( 3 ) moves to different counties ? and no questions asked ? no red flags pop up ? (HMM)

I ask , Is alan responsible for inaction , for enjoying the stolen Items , scammed , cheated , or otherwise .

The responsibility of having old checking accounts laying around the house with a convict son living there with him , Is Alan responsible for inaction ,

For the hurt imposed on innocent unsuspecting victims , Is Alan responsible , is he as guilty as jeffrey for these crimes perpetrated thruout the globe and also the very state they reside in.? food vendors , contractors , etc .

The reunion , that never took place , who was it Jeffrey or Jeffrey and alan , I recall a conversation Alan had with a classmate and He was the one who gave the excuses for jeffrey , not Jeff ? Hmmm. who is responcible ?

Who is responsible for assisting in the crimes , one of claimed unknown participation , in the very scams? with calls from vacation package purchasers speaking to Alan . and excuses being delivered from Alan .

Alan is as guilty as jeffrey , its very unfortunate that this is what it is , But Alan had every opportunity , to question what was going on well before it got real deep ,Dirty and so very Illegal ,  and didnt , He Just didnt , and let it go on and on and on !!!.!

Alan enjoyed every ball game , every resterant , every trip , all the trimmings that came along with jeffreys plots , Never questioned , never investigated , never thought for one minute all the luxuries ,  were questionable at the least , his small pay check , and his son taking alans pay minus a small allowance , and not ever question anything ,

Can he claim this when DCF came and questioned him directly , and all was well , never abused , his son was an angel , the person responsible for their awareness was smart enough to question things , but another opportunity thrown away deliberately by alan .

The cable came in a different names , the phone bills too and calls from debt collectors , knocks and notices on the door and in the mail, the Tv interviews state wide , the people who directly spoke to Alan telling him to not only question things , but to put a stop to them , ?

The bailing out , the arrests , come on , how much can one claim they did not know .(LOL) excuses are over , the road is at its end . !

Alan cannot claim he was not aware , it wont fly , Ignorance is not a good allaby , although it may have been the planned way out well before the walls fell in on everything but it was not a well thought out one if such is the case . and is not even a viable consideration to believe .!

Sounds good , but the proof does not support it one bit . from the signatures on checks to autos to leases to rentals , etc , court settlements and existing judgements imposed by the courts etc . all say one thing . Alan is as guilty as Jeffrey . and knows it . as we all do . ( It may not be something wanted to be believed , but its the fact.

And as it may seem cruel to some this claim , But again its the simple fact , the law and justice is waiting ahead to be served , 

And understand popular or not the law will decide the fate of Alan , despite his attempts to lay his fraud alerts and his claims of abuse from his son after the fact . 

It wont deter the hardened victims who have run out of trust , kindness , and human concern with this , all left is only bitterness , anger , and frustration , wanted is restitution and justice to be served up to all the responsible parties .

Hello (ROR) friends , sorry I have not posted lately due to the element of time and present difficult ventures needed to persue due to this past years issues with the Hirschkorns .

I have not been able to keep up as i would have wished but with the finality of a few decisions coming shortly and some issues to clear , I may be posting more facts soon.

I was contacted by a very nice person ( nvr forget) and she said she would post our brief comunication on (ROR) I agreed and wanted to see what was posted.

I will be able to be a little more forth coming in the future as certain things unfold . maybe sooner than I thought . ( I also mensioned I knew he was married so I wouldnt be unprofessional even though I thought he was a cutee in the video clips ) It was just something to help break the Ice .LOL

what I was able to find out , while speaking to him was that in the post above , Jeffrey states Bob Ross was not a classmate , Faculty , Teacher of the 211 jhs , that is totally the whole truth ( YEAAA ) ( Whooppie ) , And "he is not in the year book so dont try to find him", also truth ...( YAWoeee caZowEEEEE )abbra cadabra ( truth )

Heres one for you: Brian claims that in December he gets arrested for a writ of bodily attachment in Orlando and is subsequently transported to Osceola. And, to get released his mom and roommate had to pony up $630. Well, theres a problem! Osceola County Corrections has no record of any incarceration or arrest of Brian Lovett during that time. In fact, if he is seen by law enforcement, his bond is set at NONE for Osceola. He owes them a total just shy of $1,000.  But that is pocket change compared with Clay and Duval Counties.

 

Dont worry youll be heading back up to Jacksonville to face the music there too! Bonds do not exist on either county. They are now requiring jail time instead of arrest, promise to pay and release. Money is owed to them. Pay the heck up! And, not to mention, that some very interesting paperwork from the FDOR is heading your way. The correct addresses were furnished!

 

Also, this poster did petition the court in Seminole County to have the sentence and/or plea by Brian Lovett looked at more closely. Hey, one of my lawyers did that for me because there is no way that the sentence of the court can be upheld when the defendant in such case is an HTO. But, dont worry any deal that he made will be null and void because the basis for such plea is jail time and/or probation if not enhanced to felony status. And, by the way, that sentence is not appropriate here, attorneys say, because the matter, from day one, shouldve been enhanced to a felony where the penalty to a F3 is a combination of 5 years DOC and/or 5 years of felony supervised probation. And, yes, it does take at least one calendar year to be considered for a hardship, but getting subsequent driving charges will not help the cause.

Lets get something straight here! The 20-Year Class Reunion for 211 was planned correctly from the start. Problems started to occur with a lackluster response for attendees. A legitimate web site was created from the beginning and contained all sorts of information about the school and reunion. It even had a web chat function. A lot of people did visit the site, but not a lot paid for the event. I challenge anyone who thinks the contrary to contact the band we hired. What about calling the hotel we reserved for the event? What about the invitations that were sent out? All of the information was done correctly!

 

 

 

When we made a collective decision to cancel the reunion, it was a tough one. But, if we waited any longer there would have been deposit withholding procedures. Everyone that paid for the event was refunded through PayPal. We gladly accepted PayPal because it allowed people to pay for the event without exposing credit information. Now, we did have a couple of people pay by check or money order. But, because they did sign-up on the alumni web site, we had the email for each. They too received a refund through PayPal.

I never defrauded anyone with regard to the reunion. All monies were accounted for! And, to answer anyones question about the event: it was sincere. I had purchased plane tickets to go to JFK. Supplemental discovery was just filed and that should prompt prosecutors to enhance the DWLS into a felony because of his history. One can understand that position because his licensed is not only suspended, but revoked. And, that is in addition to HTO or habitual traffic offender status.

 

And, yes, I did have a lengthy interview the other day outside of the Seminole County court house with a reporter from WKMG. That interview, when it appears, will shed light on all matters herein. It shall be especially interesting to see the reactions of the people implicated. And, it should even be more practical to see what develops in the coming days as my court matters cancel out with dismissal orders. And, yes, that will occur as this poster has been very diligent in helping others get nailed for the frauds they are. Hey Edgar, they got you! First of all, Taylor Ward, let's get something straight. The A/C problem you are mentioning has been resolved and settled. So, do not try and bring things up that are not relevant here. Also, Bill Sharpe is not withdrawing from that case. If you actually read things carefully, you'll understand correctly. And, by the way, I had my turn yesterday with counsel at the hip and spoke directly to one of the local news outlets. And, boy did I have a lot to say. Cannot wait to see your face with the actual footage.

And, in closing, a replevin, does give the plaintiff the right to get back property in possession of a defendant. So, take that ZeroArctic.

I do believe you are correct Zeroarctic , an A/C issue involving a previous landlord comes to mind , I will check and if so someone should contact that person and fill them in .Contact info I beleive is listed , but may have been redacted here , not sure.

At this point I believe also the auto comp computors were only handed back to jeff due to a fileing misunderstanding between law agencies and auto comp being in another part of the state some issues confused the proper paper work return , But if there is a way they can retreve such equipt. Amicus Curiae is correct, as he is in each of his postings.I had done generic research and not Florida specific. Florida does have replevin statutes as well as repossesion statutes. The statute appears to be tightly constricted , but certainly possible for Hirschkorn to attempt to abuse. I imagine any property Hirschkorn is attempting to recover would have a questionable ownership chain. These might well be the Auto Comp computers that he was able to scam his way into not just once but twice. Most criminals are content with the original theft.Hirschkorn has oviously set the bar higher. He has tried the replevin trick previously, without success, according to Orange County Civil records. Perhaps he has refined his technique.

Part of the appropriate statute is below.

Section 78.055 Complaint Requirements: To obtain an order authorizing an issuance of a writ of replevin prior to final judgement, the plaintiff shall first file with the clerk of the court a complaint reciting and showing the following information:

2.A statement that the plaintiff is the owner of the claimed property or is entitled to possession of it, describing the source of such title or right. If the plaintiff's interest in such property is based on a written instrument, a copy of said instrument must be attached to the complaint

Now is the time for some Florida people to get involved. I surmise that the only instrument to establish custody might be an easily disproven bill of sale from one of his multiple identities, or better yet a copy of a fraudulent check to a vendor.He has attempted to pay the court system with bad checks before, it is not far fetched to see him attempting to use bad paper as "proof"in this action. There are other provisions that could be used to defeat his claim, but the easiest one might well be the best. Assuming he even had any involvement, Ward and others might have a legitimate claim to any of the reputed computers. The only claim of theft, and Ward's involvement, comes from Hirschkorn himself.  His complete lack of veracity has certainly been proven enough times.Note to Hirschkorn, as others have stated, you really should proofread and cross reference your ramblings.Something about an air conditioner comes to mind...

BTW, have Hirschkorns delusions cleared long enough to figure out who you are Amicus Curiae? You have certainly given him enough hints.

 Florida does use the right of replevin however it has some very stringent codiciles. It's covered in Chapter 78 of the Florida Civil Practice and Procedures.
