THIS BORROWER MISREPRESENTED THE VALUE OF HIS PROPERTY IN AN ATTEMPT TO GET A LOAN!!!! SOUND FAMILIAR.... THIS EPITOMIZES THE RESULT OF AN OVER INFLATED MARKET PLACE AND THE COLLAPSE OF THE ECONOMY. IT'S PEOPLE LIKE THIS THAT CONTRIBUTED TO THE OVERALL DECLINE IN THE ECONOMY AND THE RECESSION.
UNFORTUNATELY, THIS INDIVIDUAL HAS FAILED TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR FOR TRYING TO DEFRAUD INVESTORS. INSTEAD, HE HAS TRIED WITHOUT SUCCESS TO BLAME HIS FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES AND MISTATEMENTS ON OTHERS.
WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY? WHEN YOU LIE AND TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OTHER PEOPLE, THERE ARE COSEQUENCES. THIS INDIVIDUAL SHOULD BE JAILED AND NOT ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN REAL ESTATE SYNDICATIONS IN THE FUTURE. HE IS A SCAM ARTIST.................................................................
HE'S OUT TO GET YOUR MONEY FOR REAL ESTATE DEALS THAT WILL NEVER PAY OFF!!!

Your story is very similar to ours. Except we loaned money to a friend who was trying to get a loan to develop some land. We gave the friend a large sum of money who then gave it Peachtree. Peachtree did it's own appraisal which came in too low so Peachtree kept all the money. Our friend seems to complain a lot but do nothing to get the money back from Peachtree. I'm at a loss of what to do since it's not Peachtree that owes me the money directly. Is there some sort of law suit currently? Any help or advice would be appreciated.
