This is an update to my earlier report. After numerous E-mails to each company Billing Concepts did reimburse me for fraudulent charges. It only took 3 months, but I am satisfied . Just a note for other consumers.. always, always check your phone bill for charges that you didnt make, and dont be afraid to go after the companies. With enough persistance.. it does pay off.
