I too became a victim of Peak Communications, who Slammed my phone bill in April,06. To this day, I am still being billed by USBI for a monthly service charge. I have been trying to get the money back that they overcharged me and they both pass the blame back and forth. This is to the gentleman in San Rafeal, cal who needed the address for Peak. 1442 E. Lincoln #479, Orange, Cal 92865 (877)851-7325 and their web address www.peakcomm.com. I hope it helps. They pride themselves in being a family company. So do they teach their families to lie and deceive people? Probably.
Well, I am also filing reports with the CPUC, FCC and FTC. Something needs to be done with telecommunication industry so that the consumer doesnt keep getting ripped off. Thank You

This is an update to my earlier report. After numerous E-mails to each company Billing Concepts did reimburse me for fraudulent charges. It only took 3 months, but I am satisfied . Just a note for other consumers.. always, always check your phone bill for charges that you didnt make, and dont be afraid to go after the companies. With enough persistance.. it does pay off.
