Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
GREED is happening here on GREAT PLAINS COURT.

The reason our economy is failing is because of GREED. It will never STOP if we keep rewarding the GREEDY! If you or anyone you know goes to PEAK PHYSICAL THERAY located at 16534 Keystone Blvd. #C in Parker, Colorado, please take a stand and change therapist.

MIKE DETTER and MIKE BIBA are the epitome of GREEDY. The only reason they are still in business is because of the money my family loaned them. And now they don't want to pay back their DEBT. We are asking for your help to keep people like MIKE AND MIKE responsible to their duties as businessmen and human beings.

Be careful facts:

While it may seem that Mike and Kelly Detter live the American Dream don't let them fool you. Mike convinced my husband to loan him $250,000 as an investment in his business Peak Physical Therapy. It has been 3 years and as he and his business partner Mike Biba continue to collect healthy salaries they don't feel it is necessary to pay back the money they borrowed. Instead, they and tell us they can't pay us right now.

MIKE DETTER who lives at 12092 S. Great Plains Court thinks it is okay to STEAL from his friends and business partners. He may come across as a nice guy but he will stab you in the back.

The report submitted on 11/20/08 about Mike and Mike was sent by someone outside of my family and they/it provided information that is not true (although the words "convinced my husband" implies this was sent by my wife. She did not submit the report.). I was unaware of any of this at the time, as I like to keep my life private. Peak Physical Therapy and Wellness is one of the best physical therapy clinics in the area and I would encourage anyone that needs physical therapy to see the clinic first before ALL others. I knew the therapists and quality of care that is provided....always above and beyond the minimum requirement from the insurance benefits. I have since ended my ownership in the company to allow the company to move forward. I wish them much success. Again, if I needed physical therapy, I would not hesitate to seek an appointment with one of these therapists before any other clinic. 3rd owner

First off I have known Mike and Kelly for a long time and they are the most ethical people I have met. It is sad that someone who hits hard times will try to bring everyone down with them as the author of this rip off report has done. Mike and Mike have put their blood, sweat and tears into building up a reputable business and serve their clients with the highest quality. Looking at this transaction objectively; who in their right mind would just give $250K without a legal agreement. I am hard pressed to believe the money was given as blank check/ loan; I believe the author is leaving out some details. Secondly, if this investment was made in a company why would the author go to such lengths to damage the company's reputation and subsequently damage his own investment return futher. Sounds like complete desperation and little business sense on the part of the author! Lastly, it is in poor taste to pull in family members and even poorer taste to broadcast their home address instead of going through the proper legal channels. I presume this is because the author has no legal case and is now grasping for straws. Their last resort is trying to hurt them personally. It is appearant this is an angry investor who doesn't understand financial transactions or how to maintain business relationships. I would hope other readers can look past this act of slander and character defamation. Peak is a great company who's owners look out for their employees and care for their customers.
