Pecheles Honda of New Bern Fabricates problems so they can rip off customers New Bern, North Carolina
This dealership's repair department does things to your car to make it appear to need repairs.
Said I need $500 rear brake repairs. Even filling one of the brake cylinders dust cap with oil so they could show me it was leaking. I took it to another shop. They said all it needed was shoes everything else was fine. Cost me $135.
This dealership showed me a oil pan wet with oil. Said I needed $200 repair to fix some "v-tech seals". I took it home dried off the pan. And it's still dry 2 weeks later. I noted it was very odd that the entire pan was wet. And that the oil on it was clean. There are no leaks showing on my driveway. This was clearly a setup.
I regret that I did have them repair some suspension boots without inspecting them first. Luckly though they didn't have a couple of them in stock. Still, I spent over $500 at a crooked shop.
