Pederson homes Kim pederson Paid off inspectors Apple Valley California
It was 16 years ago when Kim Pederson built our home. We had nothing but problems back then and had to really stay on top of the entire process every step of the way. We caught many shortcuts he was taking but we missed one, A very big one.
We recently had asmall flood issue and when the contractors cut open the drywall we discovered that Pederson packed DIRT Round the tub. We then had to remove that tub and have a tile shower put in and wow, the amount of DIRT was outrageous!
Not only that, but Advance Plumbing who did the plumbing work, didn't even plumb it correctly. All of the plumbing was on the outside of the walls.
Our contractor had to dig out all of the DIRT and then had to completely redo all of the plumbing. When we saw the horrific and shotty job, the only way it could have passed inspection is if someone at Town Hall was paid off. Otherwise, no one in their right mind would have passed such horrible work.
It is too bad it took us 16 years to find out the truth about this builder and I don't think he is in business anymore, but in case he is, this is a warning to all...do not use this guy
Kim was always hard to work with and we even caught him trying to collect on the constru tion insurance for our doors that were stolen.....by him.
