The Leons' paid the agreed sum of $3700.00 down and were to pay the balance of $4,388.81.
they agree the work was satisfactory but refuse to pay because their insurance company did not give them enogh money.
sorry but my contract was not with the insurance company. Dont do business with these crooks.

These people live at (((REDACTED))), San Antonio,Tx. I installed a new roof on their home 2 1/2 years ago. They still owe be a balance of $3888.81 plus interest but have refused to pay me. They told me and the police that they were satisfied with the roof but did not get enough money from the insurance company to pay me. Duh! My contract to be paid upon completion wasn't with their insurance company. It was with them. These people are common criminals. Don't do business with them.

These thieves have received a letter of intent from my attorney; had me at their house five times with police standby and have hard a construction leon filed on their property. They don't care their roof is totally satisfactory. They even told one police officer they can't pay because they didn't get enough money from the insurance co. Really? Like thats my fault? Their address is xx Hialeah, San Antonio, Tx. 78218.
