Peepchick Corporation Dba Bidbag.com BEWARE They have over 20 negative reports with the BBB They responded to my email request for a return and stated they didn't "care" if I got money back. Brooklyn New York
Talk about a bad attitude company. This is the WORST experience I've ever had with any company! When I received my order, one of the bags was nothing like the photo showed on their website. When I asked for a return, they stated that all sales were final, period. When I asked where that was stated on their website, their reply was "in the FAQ section".
They said I could return, they didn't care either way, and to they would refund my money minus 20% restocking fee and shipping. Yet, I was going to have to pay to ship it back to them.
When asked why they were so rude, they simply stated that they "didn't care" if I liked it or not, what did I expect for a copy cat bag! When I stated that if they treated all their customers like this, they wouldn't be in business long, their reply was " after January, they didn't care. They were off to college anyway (beware people at Michigan State! This is where this person is headed!).
Rude, non-caring, a complete rip-off. I'm filing a BBB report (probably to no avail), contacting my bank for a refund (probably won't get it either) and will go to the ends of the earth to warn others about this sham (including the NYC Police Department and Mayor's Office).
Do yourself a favor. Pay EXTRA for a bag on another website if you must use one. Better yet, buy the REAL thing! No one should be subjected to shoddy customer service and rude email replies like this "dude" sends.
