Peking Restaurant Refuses To Refund Williamsburg, Virginia
On March 7, 2013 at
155pm I call Peking Restaurant and place a carry out order for Kung Pow
Beef the dinner size the lady repeated the order and said 10 minutes. I
pick up my order she said kung pow beef I said yes and I paid for the
order on my master card $8.18 when I return home and poured the food
into a large bowl I notice that this was chicken not beef. I call the
restaurant to tell them that they had made the mistake again of giving
me chicken instead of beef. She said that i should bring it back she
said she thought that i said chicken. I ask to speak to the manager she
informed me that he will be in a about 2 hours i left my number for the
manager to call me as soon as he got in. about 30 minutes later a
manager from Peking call his name is Ben I explain that for the third
time they have made the mistake of giving me chicken instead of what I
had order beef. He apologize and said that i should return the food any
time. I return the food about 30-45 minutes later and spoke to Ben the
manager and ask for a refund because this was the third time and the
price of gas is to much for me to continue to come here over and over to
replace a bad order. He said that he would not give me a refund but he
kept the food. So I am filing a complaint for a full refund.
