Pen Impressions/East Coast Pen & Pencil Co./Carolina Pen & Pencil Co. Billed my credit card twice for the same order Maggie Valley North Carolina
I've ordered from them before for my work. Didn't have a problem until this year (2008). It was hard to just get an invoice from them. You can't get a hold of them. They billed my credit card in January. I went on maternity leave the end of February and low and behold the same charge shows up the end of March while I wasn't even working. I e-mailed them my credit card statements to show proof of a double billing and I was told by "Linda" that she would process the credit to my credit card (this was in July 08).
It is now December 2008, almost a year later since I placed the order and I haven't seen the credit on my statement. All numbers have been changed and the web site has disappeared. I'm out or shall I say my company is out $444.90. This is absolutely ridiculous. I'm quite upset.
