Penbrook Productions Did not stand behind Money Back Guarantee - Lied about refund Irvine California
I signed up online with Penbook Productions and when I saw the instructions on their product I immediately contacted them that I did not want the product. I asked for a refund. I have been emailing these people since April and they stated they were checking, processing the refund and finally that the refund had been made. As of September there has been no refund made to my charge account at all.
This company should not be allowed to even own a computer let alone advertise on one. This company makes processing rebates sound so easy and then they make you buy the product before they show you anything about it. Once you see the product you see how confusing and complicated the procedure is. I notified them immediately and thought they would stand by their money back guarantee that they advertised but that is just a lie to get you to trust them and purchase their product.
