The present park office manager Ms.l.f. is trying her best to keep the ship afloat but the bunch from church are as smart as a sack of rocks when it comes to running this god forbidden mobile park. The reason for all the trouble this time is the church again and this time the suppose tobe paster is that fellon convicted of three child abuse charges alone with his wife one fellon charge of the same.Lusinda is a very not nice person so is the little bean counter wife of the suppose to be assoc.paster she has a mouth that is open all the time and the only thing that comes out of it is rubbish.Paster Stanley Mitchell is his name he and his bunch were run out of north carolina by the att.general after he closed down the boys home stanly and lucinda with there heathern friends were running now they are abusing the elderly jan-01-2014 he raised the rent $85.00. there is quiet a few homes up for sale if you would lke to live under his controll, I would advise everyone to stay clear of Marina village mh/rv park especially the older winter texans. This church is the same one Rev.Lester roloff ran for years for young men and women with troubeled backgrounds and today it still accepts the youngesters from all over but this attatude they have has overflowed into the mobile home park and the people that rent from them,it is a sad state of affair to live there now,stay away from both the park and church they are both run by a convected child abuser and his wife.
