PEOPLE'S LIFESTLE RIP-OFF'S LIFESTYLE SLIDELL Louisiana
My Fiance and I were looking in a newspaper for jobs when we came across the "WORK FROM HOME" ad. We decided to give them a call and see what it was all about. BIG MISTAKE!!! We spoke to a lady who explained to us the benefits of this working from home. Sounds great right? We thought so.
She told us we could make good money working from the comfort of our home. All we had to do was sign up and pay a "REFUNDABLE" $47.75 for them to send us a packet containing various companies to work from home. Anyways, I decided to give it a try and work at home so I could spend more time with my FIANCE who is PREGNANT.
We sent out a few letters to some of the companies listed in the booklet and after two weeks of waiting... still no response. So we tried calling the company to get a "REFUND" since we did'nt get any responses from the booklet. We were DENIED a refund unless we could prove that we were rejected by those companies. We were unable to do that considering we did'nt get a response from the companies.
So now we are out $47.75 and like other people who have tried this, we are upset. There are even companies in the booklet who claim to be apart of the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. What a crock of S**T. Hopefully these people can be stopped somehow before it happens to you or someone you know.
