So I get my car back (over a week late by the way) and when I pick it up, I notice the spoiler hasn't been painted. There is a huge white spot on it the size of a quarter and the paint is cracked all over it which is in the same condition it was in when I dropped it off. It looks like they repainted most of the car, just not the spoiler. Before I ever even left, I pointed it out to one of the Service Department staff (Invisible Man Service Manager wasn't there) and he said, "Wow...that's odd...they were supposed to paint all of this. I'll definitely look into this and get back to you." It's been two weeks now and not one call. I'm so outraged over these morons I don't even want them to touch my car anymore. I'll just take it to a body shop and pay to have it pained which will be a lot less money and aggrivation than letting those idiots at People's Mitsubishi get involved again. Unbelievable!

I have the same piant problems you do - so does my friend John in Chicago. We made a website - where we have a database which is analyzing VINs to help us find out what is wrong with these cars. We have people all over the country in our database and hope to help. People seem to get the same answer from every dealer. Cool, I'm happy you finally were acknowledged. I was going to suggest that you leave a message with the manager of the dealership that you posted this rip-off on this website, but you beat me to it! Great minds think alike! This site has been working for me like crazy lately, even without having to post my problem! It is too funny. Recently, when I am getting the run around I have started saying, "Fine. If you want to do this the hard way, then I have no choice but to post this situation on "RipOffReport.com!" A few times I immediately noticed a change come over their face and TADA! I begin getting a little respect. The other few times I used this site's name, I was met with a blank stare, but after a moment I guess it did not sound like a good thing after all, and again, TADA! more satisfaction! Thanks Ed. the Editor of this fabulous site! I only have to say "RipOffReport.com to get a consumer rip-off artist to do me right!

This is an update. I called an left numerous messages for the General Manager that reports have been filed with the BBB and RipOffReport and FINALLY got a call-back. They said the "paperwork never made it to the right person." and so now they are going to paint the car. Thanks RipOffReport for helping just by being here!
