People's Rebate Association scam artist!! Ripoff! Champlain New York
Just like everybody else reporting this ripoff, I was contacted over the phone and told that for $299.95 I would receive a Visa/Mastercard with a $2500 credit limit. In a moment of complete stupidity, I agreed, gave my checking account info, and waited for my card.
After numerous calls, I finally received something in the mail... a box of coupons and other ads. When I initially called to complain, I was told that I would have to wait for my complete order... which took another 10 days for me to receive a couple of credit card APPS, one for one of those 'pre-paid' mastercards.
I made two refund requests, each time I was assured that an investigation was being made. Each time, the request was denied. Stupid, Stupid, Stupid.
